Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your child's session. Below are a few things that you will need to know to help your session go smoothly. 1. I am a children's photographer. Most backdrops are sized for children. If parents (or siblings) would like to be included in the photos, I will need to be notified IN ADVANCE. I will try to accommodate the adults, but there are no guarantees. (Additional Fees Will Apply) 2. On the day of your child shoot, please ensure that your child is fed and well rested. The quality of the photos is solely dependent on your child's cooperation. I expect the parents to be involved with ensuring that your child is cooperative and calm. There will be no re-shoots due to uncooperative children. 3. Deposits are REQUIRED for every session. Deposits and Full Session Payments are NON-refundable. Deposit and additional payments may be transferrable if you follow the cancellation process. 4. Cancellations: Fantastic Frames has a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. You must cancel your session in writing by emailing us at FantasticFramesBooking@gmail.com (You cannot cancel your session via phone or text). Failure to cancel in writing (24 hours prior to your scheduled session) will VOID your deposit. 5. Rescheduling: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, your deposit is transferable to accommodate a future booking. Your future session can be scheduled for any available future date/ time, but this date would need to be booked within 7 days of the cancellation. Failure to re-book session within 7 days will VOID your deposit.
